Mohd Ishaque Jatu
Construction & Tendering:
Mr. Ishaque, a first-generation entrepreneur, embarked on his professional journey by establishing the company in its current form. Despite facing the untimely demise of the promoter, he adeptly navigated through challenging times and provided a solid platform for excellence.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction field, he specializes in commercial tender documentation, corporate finance, commercial litigation, contract-related issues, land laws, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Mohd Ilyas Jatu
Construction & Operation:
With a Civil Engineering degree, Mr. Ilyas is renowned for his hands-on approach to project execution. He has accumulated over 27 years of expertise in techno-commercial skill development, system design, project execution, corporate planning, and supply chain management. His primary objective is to ensure timely project completion while maintaining cost control.
Currently, he leads the Real Estate Development & Business Operations.
Tahir Jatu
Real Estate Development:
Mr. Tahir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Management & Real Estate Finance, and is a Law graduate. He is also known for his practical involvement in project execution. With over 18 years of experience, he possesses a strong grasp of techno-commercial aspects, legal appraisal, business development, project acquisition, corporate planning, and investor & finance management. He too, aims to complete projects within the designated time frame and budget.
Currently, he heads the Real Estate Development & Business Operations.
